Websites Built on Research
(Not Guesswork)
Here's the thing about most websites: they're built on what looks good, not what works.

My approach is different. During my PhD research, I developed something called the PULL model—a framework that ensures websites actually connect with the people using them. And I've used it with every single client since.

What does PULL mean for your business?
P
Providing solutions for user needs
I provide solutions based on what your audience actually needs (not what we think they need).
U
Understanding systems of meaning
I understand that everything on your site—from your homepage to your contact form—tells a story, and it all has to work together.
L
Learning about your audience
I learn who your specific audience is and what matters to them, whether that's busy parents, local businesses, or first-time buyers.
L
Listening continuously
I listen to your business needs even after launch, so your site keeps getting better as your business grows.
